How many beds does the property have?
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an extendable sofa bed in the living room. If there are two of you and you wish to sleep in separate rooms, please let us know during booking, before your arrival, so it is ready when you arrive at the property.
How do I get to the property from the airport and the port?
From Cagliari-Elmas airport: You can take the shuttle train that connects the airport to Cagliari central station in just 7 minutes. From the station, the property at Via Napoli 75 is about a 5-7 minute flat walk through the Marina district. From the port: The property is less than 500 meters from the main docks. Just cross Via Roma and head into the Marina district on foot to reach us in a few minutes.
Where can I park near the property?
Via Napoli is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) or in any case in a high-density historic area. The best parking options are: Paid street parking (blue lines): Available along nearby Via Roma or Viale Regina Margherita (paid during designated hours). Guarded car parks / Structures: The railway station car park (Parkar) or the multi-storey car park in Piazza Matteotti/Via Cagliari are excellent covered and secure solutions a few minutes' walk away. Autorimessa Marroccu: Convenient private garage in Via Barcellona, 50 meters from the property (limited spaces, book well in advance, check opening hours and ZTL gate times).

The property is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with an elevator.
Can I leave my luggage at the property?
We do not have an in-house luggage storage, but we can recommend the automated lockers available at the nearby train station in Via Roma 201.
Is breakfast included in the booking?
As a tourist rental we cannot offer any additional services, such as breakfast.
How can I get around Cagliari easily?
Staying at Via Napoli 75 you are in the heart of the Marina district, a strategic location that lets you move around easily on foot or by public transport. Here are the best options: On foot: Being right in the historic center, most attractions (Piazza Yenne, the Bastion of Saint Remy, the port and the Castello district) are reachable with a pleasant walk of a few minutes. By bus (CTM): Less than a 5-minute walk away (in Via Roma or Piazza Matteotti) you will find the main bus stops. The PF or PQ line will take you directly to the famous Poetto beach in about 15-20 minutes. You can download the Busfinder app to buy tickets on your phone and check real-time schedules.
What extra services are available?
To make your stay in Cagliari even more comfortable and carefree, we offer several additional services on request (some may require a supplement): Late Check-in: If you have a flight landing late in the evening, we can arrange access beyond the standard time (with at least 2 days' notice). Late Check-Out: Available only upon authorization and subject to availability with a 50€ supplement. Cot or high chair: Traveling with small children? Let us know in advance and we will prepare the cot and everything needed for their comfort. Linen change and extra cleaning: As a tourist rental we cannot offer any additional services, such as a mid-stay cleaning service and the change of sheets and towels.
How does waste management work?
To preserve the beauty of the historic center, Cagliari has a door-to-door separate waste collection service. Inside the property you will find separate, labeled containers to make sorting waste easier. We kindly ask you to separate materials following these guidelines: Organic: Food scraps, used paper napkins, coffee grounds. Plastic: Bottles, containers, aluminum cans, plastic trays (empty and rinsed). Paper and Cardboard: Boxes, newspapers, paper bags (not soiled with food). Glass and Metals: Glass bottles and jars. General waste: Everything that cannot be recycled. Important note and Penalties: Bins are placed on the street only on specific days and times following the calendar included in the guest book. We ask for the utmost attention in sorting materials and respecting the rules: the Municipality carries out strict checks and incorrect waste disposal results in an administrative fine of 150 euros.
