The owner, always kind and helpful, offered me a delicious breakfast. The room was well kept, clean and tidy, with a very large bathroom. The common area of the house also has many little conveniences. Definitely recommended to anyone passing through Cagliari!!!

We were two couples staying here and I can say that everything went perfectly. First of all, I would like to thank the owner for the kindness and ease with which we booked 7 nights. The location is in a very quiet area, close to supermarkets, bars and cafes. We arrived with a rental car from the airport and every evening we found free parking on the street, without having to pay, and we had no problems. I can only say positive things about the accommodation: there is a common room with a small fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dining area and a balcony. The rooms we stayed in are quite spacious, with large wardrobes and plenty of space for luggage. The most important thing for guests is cleanliness, and in this case I would like to point out that it was 5-star, everything was impeccable!

Clean apartment in a beautiful and quiet area. There was everything you need to live. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe on the island and in the residential complex. The location is a great base: close to the center and the beach. Reliable public transport! There is an excellent market right next to the apartment. Excellent accommodation: the rooms are exceptionally clean, furnished with new and modern furniture, and the owner is very kind and helpful. Free parking is available right in front of the building or nearby. The beds are particularly comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. A few suggestions to improve the accommodation: consider replacing the current fridge with a larger model, providing a standard electric kettle, and supplying kitchen essentials such as dish soap and a dish towel. In addition, the kitchen equipment could benefit from some improvements. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this apartment. However, please note that it is not possible to cook inside the unit.

Very kind and caring host. The room was as described: spacious, well furnished and clean. The residential neighborhood is 200 m from the stadium and 200 m from the bus stop that takes you to Poetto beach in 5-10 minutes and to the historic center in less than 20 minutes. I recommend this option for holidays in Cagliari. It was a real pleasure.

A place close to the stadium and not far from the center. Welcoming and friendly staff. It is an apartment converted into a B&B. Quiet, you sleep well, with a comfortable room that even allowed me to work. The only downside is the bathroom, which is private and very convenient, but located outside the room, reached by crossing the shared lounge. Thank you for your kindness and patience in rescheduling the arrival date several times.

Beautiful!!! We stayed last May, me, my husband and our daughter, who was taking part in a competition at the Sports Hall in Cagliari. We had a great time; the room was beautiful, inspired by a space theme, very evocative. The hygiene was impeccable and the courtesy of the owners truly exquisite. The property is also located in a really beautiful area of Cagliari, full of greenery and cared for in every detail, including cleanliness. About 5 minutes from the sports hall, served by a well-stocked supermarket as well as some really nice bars. What can I say? We will definitely be back and recommend everyone to go.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know at least two days in advance. Note: please tell us your estimated arrival time ahead of time.
How do I reach the property from the airport and port?
From Cagliari-Elmas airport you can take the train to Cagliari station and continue by city buses. From the port, you can walk to the bus terminus in front of the station.
Where can I park near the property?
A covered parking space is available inside the building, on request, at a cost of €10 per day. Alternatively, there are free uncovered parking spots on the street in front of the property.
